Path 06 · Focus
Clear the conditions.
Then begin.
Distraction isn't a discipline problem — it's an environment problem. This path removes the noise so the work can finally happen.
What 7 days looks like
Turning off your phone doesn't create focus — it just removes one source of distraction. The first day is about understanding what's actually getting between you and the work. It's usually not the phone.
A facilitated session to clarify not just what you want to create, but why it's hard to start or sustain. The answer is almost always relational — fear, perfectionism, unclear stakes.
Six-hour blocks of uninterrupted work time — no meetings, no email, no ambient noise. Meals provided. Your guide available but not intruding. This is what focus actually feels like.
You leave with a working environment design — not a productivity system, but the specific physical and relational conditions under which you do your best work. Replicable at home.
